SUSPECT IS ROJELIO HERNANDEZ, HISP MALE, AGE 21, 5FT 8IN, 155LBS, BRO HAIR, BRO EYES. HE WILL POSSIBLY BE DRIVING IN A BLUE LATE 90 HONDA ACCORD. THERE IS INFORMATION THAT THEY MAY BE IN OR HEADED TO TOPEKA. HOTELS SHOULD BE CHECKED
